Pray With Crazy Faith

Life has a way in beating us down, enemies have a way to make us insecure and love has a way of bringing us to our highest moments and then to our lowest moments. Samson and Delilah, to me it's been a story of love and war. God gave Samson the gift of incredible strength, unfortunately Samson loved a women who loved greed more. He told her the source of his strength, that he could not cut his hair but she betrayed him. She cut his hair for a bribe from the philistines. Just like Samson I have trusted people who only prayed on my downfall. I have let people take my gifts and silenced me. I have felt my enemies sting of the lies they tell.I used to let their words build an angry fire in me and consume me. It lead me to feel as I needed to undo their judgements about myself and prove who I am. But what and to who was I proving myself to? I didn't recieve my revelation until my son became very difficult. Between a new school, and new friends I found my son changing his behavior and attitude. I tried everything I could, complete parenting 101 still nothing worked. Desperate for a solution I asked God to parent my child, I asked God to discipline my child. To show me how to raise him up HIS way. I declared freedom and faith. Faith that what it impossible with me, won't be with God. This isn’t a testament of a perfect life since I chose to trust God. This is a story of a mom who surrenders it all and chooses to not walk into anxiety but prayer. A mom who doesn’t let her rough days make her feel like she failed but instead like a day she conquered. This is a story of a women who no longer fights her battles but now is victorious through God fighting for me. HIS victories against my enemies and hardships have given me peace within myself. Trust in our Father is faith without understanding or seeing a way, but believing that it will be done by HIM. What is impossible for us is possible with God. God wants to give you peace against this world, against your enemies, and against yourself. All you have to do is declare you need HIM, and trust him. If you think you aren’t strong enough, guess what YOU ARE RIGHT! You aren’t strong enough and that’s why God is always with us, waiting. Waiting to be called on. Just as Samson wasn’t strong enough he called on God for strength one last time to take down the Philistines and God answered. He defeated the Philistines alone with God’s power. Now just imagine what power does God have for you. What battle is God waiting to win for you when you call on him?

“FAITH IS TAKING THE FIRST STEPS EVEN WHEN YOU DON’T SEE THE WHOLE STAIRCASE.”

-MARTIN LUTHER KING JR

“JESUS SAID TO HIM, “HAVE YOU BELIEVED BECAUSE YOU HAVE SEEN ME? BLESSED ARE THOSE WHO HAVE NOT SEEN AND YET HAVE BELIEVED.”

-JOHN 20:29

“AND WITHOUT FAITH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE HIM, FOR WHOEVER WOULD DRAW NEAR TO GOD MUST BELIEVE THAT HE EXISTS AND THAT HE REWARDS THOSE WHO SEEK HIM.”

-HEBREWS 11:6

A LITTLE WORSHIP NEVER HURT

CRAZY FAITH, IT’S BELIEVING IN THE UNSEEN. IT’S BELIEVING WHAT GOD IS SPEAKING TO YOU EVEN IF IT TAKES YOU TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE HE WANTS TO GIVE YOU. CALL ON GOD, TEST HIM! HE IS WAITING TO WORK THE MIRACULOUS.
